🔄 Exchanges Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange period for items purchased directly from MD Gowns—only if the item is faulty or damaged, and not purchased on sale.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition (not worn, all tags attached, original packaging)
- You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- Exchanges are only available for the same product type or store credit
📌 We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are permitted within the policy window.
⚠️ Sale Items
Please note:
- All sale items are final
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or marked down for clearance
🚚 Shipping Policy (Online Orders)
- We ship via The Courier Guy to locations across South Africa
- Orders are dispatched only after receiving a valid proof of payment
- If proof of payment is not received, we will wait until funds are confirmed in our account before shipping
- Shipping fees are always the responsibility of the customer
- If your delivery address falls outside our regular courier routes, please contact us directly to arrange an alternative
